Tai Chi

Tai Chi exercise involves slow, continuous movements that improve balance, flexibility, and strength. It has also been proven to improve back pain and arthritis.  Studies show that people who perform Tai Chi will have less pain, less stiffness, and fewer difficulties carrying out their daily activities.  Tai Chi is a safe and effective exercise for all people.

Tai Chi is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. at the Delta AHEC, in Helena.

Marvell classes are held at the Marvell United Methodist Church, Hwy 49 on  Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m.

All participants must have written approval from their personal physician.

For further information, please contact: Ashley Harden  or Jessica Hindsley in Helena, Terri Williams in West Memphis, or Debbie Hayes in Marvell.
