Posting jobs with MedJob
Arkansas is easy. Click on the Site
Administration Menu, then click on Listing/Deleting a Job or Practice.
Login with your Recruiter Code and password*, provided to you
by MedJob Arkansas and then click on the Validate User ID button. The
system will refresh the Site Administration screen, now when you click on any of
the menu items you will go to that section.
Add New Job: This selection will allow you to add a new job. Select a
category by scrolling down the list and single click on the desired selection.
You will be taken to the Add A New Job screen. Fill in the information
regarding the job. Next click the Save New Job button. You will get the
Adding New Job Done screen. You may continue to add more positions, or close
your browser to exit.
Update or Delete a Job: This selection will allow you to update job
information. You can change the information by going to the job and hitting the
Modify button. Once a job has been filled select the Update or Delete
a Job button and click the Delete button. NOTE: If you accidentally
delete a job, this function only removes the job from the MedJob Arkansas
screen. It will be listed in the MedJob database as inactive. If you wish to
"retrieve" the deleted job, please contact our office as soon as possible and we
can mark the job as active.
